Those eating a lot of animal protein didn’t have just four times more risk of dying from diabetes, they had 78 times higher risk of dying from diabetes.
I have been doing crossfit for two years, and we are currently doing a paleo challenge at our gym here on Maui. We are only 8 days in to a six week challenge. I did it a few months ago as well, for 7 months, and I saw great results. I am the only vegetarian in our challenge group, so I have many more obstacles than the others. Was pondering this I will be starting crossfit and paleo is the preferred diet of crossfitters I 8767 ve done the whole paleo thing beef chicken veg no grain but tbh the meat by body has a hard time digesting and I end up not feeling well so this option I will try and eat fish (doesn 8767 t seems to bother stomach) and some quinoa as protein as well wish me luck

Why do you feel the need to point out your 8775 true 8776 -ness as a vegetarian? It seems to me that you 8767 re a vegetarian based on vanity, if what another person is saying about their diet is getting to you that much. I 8767 ll never understand why SOME people are so impatient to put labels on everything and everyone, including diet.

Though, being a Pescetarian (That is Vegetarian + Fish) I can tell you that most Pescetarians do say 8775 Vegetarian 8776 because it takes four times as long to explain what a Pescetarian is to the layman.
